will not go away anytime soon. People will always be interested in the latest trends, fad diets or “magic supplements”.
The weight loss industry hit a peak in 2018 and reached an astonishing $72 million in sales, and the predictions are saying it will go even higher. Millennials
represent the future generation of dieters, surpassing Baby Boomers in number. Prescription obesity drugs are also very high, with a market of more
than $600 million, and weight loss surgeries are also growing in number and prices.
But the weight itself and physical appearance are just one side of the coin. The other is even more important and it represents all of the fatal diseases caused
by obesity and unhealthy eating.
